By purchasing beta access for €99, you receive:

• Access to the beta version when launched (estimated 3-4 weeks)
• Lifetime Pro access to the platform
• Priority support
• All future updates and features
• Founding Member status

3. Beta Software Disclaimer

You acknowledge that 2Signals is currently in beta and:

• The software may contain bugs and incomplete features
• Features may change or be removed during development
• There may be performance issues or downtime
• The platform is provided "as is" during the beta period

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with 2Signals for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means you will have access to 2Signals for as long as the service operates, with no recurring fees. This includes:

• All features available in the Pro tier
• Future updates and improvements
• Priority support

We reserve the right to discontinue the service if it becomes financially unsustainable, in which case you will receive 90 days notice and a pro-rated refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.
