We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of 2Signals beta access. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This gives you plenty of time to:

  • Evaluate the beta product when it launches
  • Test the features and functionality
  • Decide if 2Signals meets your needs

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  1. Send an email to hello@2signals.com
  2. Include your email address used for the purchase and the subject line: "Refund Request"
  3. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days

No questions asked. You don't need to provide a reason, though we appreciate feedback to improve our product.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after request
  • Bank/Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank)
  • Paddle: Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor

After Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your beta access will be revoked
  • You will no longer receive product updates
  • Your lifetime Pro access will be cancelled

Exceptions

The 30-day refund policy applies in all cases except:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date (we may still consider these on a case-by-case basis)
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. The refund is always for the full €99 purchase price.

Pre-Launch Refunds

If you purchase beta access before the beta launches and change your mind:

  • You can request a refund anytime before launch
  • The 30-day period starts from your purchase date, not the launch date
  • No penalties or questions asked

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue 2Signals for any reason:

  • You will receive 90 days advance notice
  • A pro-rated refund will be offered if the service has been live for less than 1 year
