Privacy notice

Enrollment is closed while the publisher details and release checks are finalized.
Analytics preferences
Your choice covers PostHog product analytics and Vercel website analytics. PostHog in the EU measures actions such as completing a backtest or lesson, using a pseudonymous account identifier to understand return visits. These app events do not include strategy content, chat messages, credentials or financial balances. Vercel measures website page visits. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled.
You can use 2signals either way. Your choice applies to this browser and can be changed here at any time. Declining blocks new events from both providers.
Product analytics stay off until you allow them.
Who handles your data
The course publisher is responsible for account and course delivery data. Paddle separately handles payment data under its own privacy notice. Publisher contact information is shown below; sales remain closed until it is complete.
Data and purposes
We use account email and authentication information to secure your account; order, transaction and entitlement records to deliver and support purchases; compact lesson checkpoints to restore bookmarks across devices; and operational error and usage records to maintain the service and control costs.
Providers
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase handles authentication and database records; Paddle handles checkout, tax and payment receipts; Resend sends transactional emails; Sentry reports operational errors; and Vercel Analytics measures aggregate website use. AI requests send the selected chat context to Nebius only when you use the AI feature. Provider processing terms, transfer arrangements and retention must be reviewed before enrollment opens.
Browser storage
Authentication uses session cookies. Language and theme preferences and local exercise drafts use browser storage. Exercise drafts, charts and evidence remain on your device; only compact lesson checkpoints sync to your account. Importing signed-out progress into an account requires your action. Clearing browser storage can remove local drafts.
Optional analytics
Only with your consent, PostHog in the EU receives a fixed set of app events, such as opening a page, completing a lesson or running a backtest, and Vercel Analytics measures aggregate website page visits. PostHog uses a pseudonymous account identifier to understand return visits. These app events do not include strategy content, chat messages, email addresses, credentials or financial balances. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. One optional choice controls both providers and is stored in this browser. You can allow or decline analytics and continue using 2signals either way. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in Analytics preferences on this page; withdrawal blocks new events from both providers. It does not delete data already sent.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and course records as needed to deliver the purchase, resolve support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Specific statutory retention periods are confirmed by the publisher before sales open. You may request access, correction, export or deletion via course support, subject to required record retention. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.
Diagnostics and marketing
Session replay is disabled. Error reporting uses sampled traces and avoids default personal-information collection. The course purchase and terms checkbox do not subscribe you to marketing emails.
